The monthly Pop Ups are held at Lime Tree Workshop in Sevenoaks, memorable dining is created by so much more than the food we eat. Stories and knowledge from my entire career starting from Classical Michelin cookery at the prestigious Connaught Hotel alongside inspiration from working with the absolute legend Gareth Ward at 2 Star Ynyshir Restaurant & Rooms in Powys, Wales form a real blend of flavour bombs throughout the menu from Chefs Snacks through to dessert treats.
