Meet our Chef Director, Carl Williams. A local chef born and bred in Sevenoaks. Carl started his career at the age of 16 at the prestigious Connaught Hotel under the classic apprenticeship scheme, working under chef de cuisine Michel Bourdin for 5 years whilst the hotel held its 2 Michelin stars. Since then Carl has held many key positions in the world of food including Whites Gentleman’s Club and Head Chef of Brook’s Club on St James! Now we are lucky to have him & his team focusing nearer home and delighting us with their culinary expertise. A tasting experience really like no other, come and join us at one of our many events !!
